We worked with a Client in Solihull with a medium sized residential plot occupied by one semi-detached dwelling. There was a complicated planning history including a planning refusal for a detached bungalow on the same plot. We lodged a planning appeal which was allowed, and also submitted a planning application for an additional detached family home, which was approved after extensive negotiations, ultimately resulting in three dwellings on what had formerly been a semi-detached dwelling’s garden land.
