Luton Airport, Development Consent Order

Ellen secured planning permission for an extension to the terminal building and acted for the airport operating company to safeguard and promote their interests in the initial stages of the Development Consent Order put forward to increase the capacity at the airport to 19 million passengers per annum.

Ellen gained full permission for an extension to the passenger terminal and other material amendments to the parent consent. She devised a planning strategy to temporarily relax restrictive planning conditions regarding noise limitations.
